Get a first-hand account of the rescue efforts in Haiti from Mercy Corps' Cassandra Nelson, our Director of Multimedia Projects.

Cassandra was a part of the initial wave of veteran relief workers Mercy Corps dispatched to Haiti to help get food and clean water to survivors.

An experienced photographer, Nelson has been on the scene at some of this decade's worst disasters. Hear her discuss her photographs and the inspiring stories of the Haitian people she met, working to cope with the adversity they face in the midst of the devastation.
